Front of House:
We're looking to hire a highly motivated, hard-working person to join our front of house team. In brief, the role will involve waiting tables, dealing with customer queries and washing-up duties. In addition, previous experience as a bar person would also be very valuable, but not essential. Training will be provided where necessary.
Chef / Trainee Chef:
We welcome applications from existing chefs or individuals wishing to begin a career in this field. Duties will be dependent on previous experience.
We are a very busy pub/family restaurant in Carisbrooke and it is essential that any applicant can work under pressure and cope with the requirements of a fast-paced, often demanding, role.
You should be a team person, have a friendly personality and a willingness to learn. Both roles involve a great deal of time spent on your feet and can be very physically demanding at times. It is therefore essential that any applicant is able to deal with this working environment.
Hours are negotiable, but the ability to work some evenings, weekends and Bank Holiday shifts is essential. Salaries for both posts will directly reflect age and previous experience.
